The cuisine at "Ventilla" was born with a more relaxed, informal format and celebrates local produce and the essence of Rioja, blending tradition and modernity in an intimate and elegant setting, with coffered ceilings, natural stone, and carefully designed lighting that invites guests to savour every moment.

The Wine Bar "Ventilla" at the Palacio is the social heart of the hotel — an intimate and sophisticated space that pays tribute to Rioja wines. A carefully curated selection by the Echapresto Brothers, including the world's largest collection of Rioja Q.D.O. (Qualified Designation of Origin) references and vintages. The landscaped terrace of the Palacio is an oasis of calm in the heart of Haro. Surrounded by the centuries-old stone of the building, it offers an exclusive setting to savor local wines, cocktails, and seasonal dishes. Under the soft light of the Rioja sunset, the terrace becomes the perfect stage to enjoy the art of fine living.

Historic Calado
Beneath the ancient palace walls lies El Calado, a singular underground space carved in stone and dedicated to wine. Its intimate atmosphere and refined design make it the ideal venue for private tastings, presentations, exclusive dinners, or small corporate events. A setting with true Rioja spirit, where history and wine culture blend into every detail. Because access is exclusively via traditional stairs, this historic underground space has accessibility limitations for people with reduced mobility.
