ECLIPSE AT VIVANCO
- Wednesday, August 12th - A unique solar eclipse among vineyards, culture and wine.
A truly exceptional occasion that occurs only once in a lifetime: observing a total solar eclipse happens only every 375 years.
Vivanco offers a unique experience to enjoy this phenomenon from one of the most emblematic landscapes in La Rioja. The day includes guided visits to the Vivanco Museum and Winery, wine tastings, an educational talk about the eclipse and a 6-course lunch paired with premium wines.
The experience is completed with live background music, a candy bar and the viewing of the eclipse among the vineyards, in a privileged setting for enjoying an almost unrepeatable moment.
HOT AIR BALLOON RIDE
Fly over the vineyards and landscapes of La Rioja
Enjoy the first rays of sunlight at dawn as you soar over the vast Riojan landscape, surrounded by vineyards, in a hot air balloon. Take off from a strategic point in La Rioja and feel the thrill of flying over the different seas of vineyards that create a mosaic of colours, the Ebro River and its villages.
Before take-off, the experience begins with a welcome coffee accompanied by traditional pastries and the opportunity to take part in the preparation of the balloon. Let yourself be carried by the wind and glide through the skies in a luxury experience, rounded off with a cava toast high above the landscape.

Discover what brings Ventilla, the gastronomy of Palacio de los Ángeles, to life through an exclusive experience at the origin of the cuisine of the Echapresto brothers. Explore the farm and vegetable garden of Venta Moncalvillo, where produce, seasonality and the Rioja landscape inspire every dish. Enjoy a private show cooking with appetisers prepared by Ignacio Echapresto, and end the day with a gastronomic menu paired by Carlos Echapresto.
WALK AND PICNIC AMONG VINEYARDS
Discover the essence of La Rioja while strolling among historic vineyards.
Throughout the route, participants will walk among century-old vines and some of the most emblematic corners of Haro, accompanied by a backpack with water, a light snack and a route map. In the heart of the vineyard, an unforgettable moment awaits: a traditional Riojan picnic prepared exclusively for you, surrounded by vines and with a bottle of wine made from the grapes of the very same vineyard before your eyes. An intimate and authentic experience to toast to the landscape, the wine and the time shared together.
